Q: How much would [...] cost to have printed?
A: Screen printing pricing is specific to each job. Print quantity, number of ink colors, and garment quality top the list of affecting factors. Basically the cost of your imprintable garments is added to the cost of the printing to give you a final price. See our pricing page for more information. When you are ready, fill out our quote form and we will email you an official quote.

Q: What makes Columbus Custom Tees different from other print shops?
A: We cater to a customer base that values quality, dependability, fair pricing and outstanding customer service. We professionally screen print all of our orders in-house which allows for fast turnarounds tight quality control.

Q: Does Columbus Custom Tees do embroidery, signs, or promotional products?
A: No, we choose to focus on what we do best - garment screen printing. Let us know what you need and we can refer you to good service providers that we have worked with in the past.

Q: What is Columbus Custom Tees' minimum order size?
A: In order to be able to offer competetive prices 12 pieces is our minimum for screen printing. If you would like to place an order for less than 12 pieces it will be priced as if there were 12 prints. 1 piece is our minimum for heat pressed vinyl embellishment. 

Q: How fast can I get an order printed?
A: While our normal turnaround is 5-7 business days, rush production is available at a rate of 15% per day rushed. Under certain circumstances we can turn around jobs the same day that the order is placed. 

Q: Is Columbus Custom Tees environmentally friendly?
A: We strive to be considerate to our environment and those around us. We recycle and promote the use of organic and natural garments. Unlike our competition, we spend extra money to use pthalate free inks and non-caustic biodegradable chemicals whenever possible to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our customers who wear the shirts that we print.

Q: How many colors can Columbus Custom Tees print?
A. We currently have the capability to print up to six spot colors. We can also achieve full color results (CMYK) using four color process printing. See examples in our galleries.

Q. Do I pay when I place my order or when I get my shirts?
A. We only require a 50% deposit when an order is placed, in the form of check, credit card or cash. The balance is due any time before we release the finished order to you.  

Q. Does Columbus Custom Tees offer wholesale print pricing? 
A. Yes, wholesale pricing is available for screen printing resellers. Please contact us for more information.
